Digital Sales Specialist

CUMULUS MEDIA – Little Rock is searching for a Digital Sales Specialist who will be a key player in driving sales & retention from local/regional accounts.  An energetic and creative person who also has the ability to build long term business to business relationships.  Must have an engaging personality with great communications skills in order to dig deep and fully understand a client’s needs to recommend solutions for their digital marketing footprint that will help drive their business goals.  If you are competitive & motivated with a passion for learning the trends of the changing world of media your income growth potential will be unlimited.

Key Responsibilities:                

  • Collaborate with management team & clients to become a top producer in online digital and social advertising sales. 
  • Build and manage a book of business centered on full service online advertising & marketing solutions for clients. 
  • Coordinate online advertising strategies directly through relationships built with business owners or marketing directors
  • Responsible for presenting, selling & creative execution of online media campaigns for local businesses using a variety of platforms such as SEO/SEM, Targeted Display, Mobile, Native, Social, Google Ads, Website Design or any additional networks/platforms/products based on client’s needs.
  • Manage paid media budgets & campaign implementation for a variety of different industries along with assistance from a dedicated team that will consistently monitor & optimize campaigns in order to give clients the best returns on their advertising/marketing investments
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. 
  • Proficiency in prospecting and aggressively seeking new clientele by networking, researching & cold-calling.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
  • Past experience in Digital Sales or at a Digital Ad Agency is strongly preferred
  • Accomplished record of delivering client solutions
  • Highly organized with ability to support multiple ad buys at the same time
  • Accustomed to working with creative thinkers, digital marketers and editors
