Customer Service Representative

Location: Atlanta, GA

CUMULUS MEDIA | Atlanta, GA is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for Incentrev/SweetDeals.com.  

Incentrev/Sweet Deals is a consortium of e-commerce sites that sells discounted local, travel and product deals in more than 150 markets across the United States. Our primary partner is CUMULUS MEDIA (branded Sweet Deals) and their 447 owned and operated stations in 90 markets. In addition, we work with another 60 mid-to-small market radio and TV stations who sell deals under various brands.

Role:

  • Take live calls ranging from simple usage questions to unique circumstances that come up with a specific offer, as well as spending some time answering emails
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner
  • Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets
  • Stay current with knowledge of internal ticketing system, customer portals, back-office databases, Sweet Jack redemption procedures, and specifics around different types of merchant features
  • Liaise with other departments  to address any cross-departmental issues impacting the subscriber

Competency:

  • Previous professional experience in a customer-service capacity, preferably in a high-volume, transactional environment
  • Evidence of conveying customer service through your written and verbal communication
  • Experience in e-commerce preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Comfort in a computer- and phone-based role for up to 8 hours a day
