Digital Platforms Creative Director

Cumulus Salt Lake City is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Social Media and Digital Operations division. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and have excellent attention to detail. This position is salary based. This position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Management of social voice for multiple radio brands, including creating web-ready graphics for websites, email and social media distribution

  • Targeted, timely and consistent consumer communication

  • Content farming and creation

  • Working with Account Managers and Creative for mock and build of custom solutions

    Skills you will need to be successful in this role

  • 2-3 years of experience in Social & Digital Platforms Creative

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Charismatic and energetic demeanor

  • General understanding of the internet and interactive advertising; familiarity with online advertising terminology and market trends

  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours (if necessary) to accomplish business objectives

  • Proactive and creative thinker with the ability to come up with strategic ideas for campaigns


    ∑ Knowledge of all applicable FCC rules and regulations
    ∑ Understanding of stationsí programming strategies
    ∑ Computer literacy in Photoshop, HTML, Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Media Span and Triton
    ∑ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    ∑ Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing
    ∑ Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
    ∑ Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
    ∑ Must possess valid state driverís license
